• Services refers to appointment booking, queue tracking, patient communication, and all features provided through the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform independently. Minors may use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Services Provided

The platform provides the following services:

• Online appointment booking and management
• Real-time queue position tracking
• Appointment reminders and notifications
• Patient profile management
• Secure communication with the clinic

The platform is a technology service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made solely by the clinic and its healthcare professionals.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current personal information
• Keep your contact details updated so we can reach you regarding appointments
• Not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Not impersonate another person or use another person's information without authorization

6. Appointment Policies

Appointment availability, scheduling rules, cancellation policies, and consultation fees are determined by the clinic. The platform facilitates booking but the clinic retains full authority over their appointment policies, including the right to reschedule or cancel appointments.

Patients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on online booking at the clinic's discretion.

7. Payments

Any fees for consultations, procedures, or other medical services are determined and collected by the clinic. The platform may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for billing disputes between the patient and the clinic.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on this platform are the property of Healthcare Diagnostic MC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Healthcare Diagnostic MC provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Healthcare Diagnostic MC is not liable for any medical outcomes resulting from clinic visits booked through the platform.
• Healthcare Diagnostic MC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or if the clinic requests such action. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law
